    Being overweight has never been healthy, never been. You literally lower your chances of living a long life by being overweight.

    yeah but just because someone is "overweight" doesn't necessarily mean they aren't healthy or fit! Obese is different yes, but I know I'm "skinny" and I've had "overweight" people kick my a$$ in the gym.
