  • Hafthor "The Mountain" Bjornsson took center stage once again in Columbus, Ohio, winning the Arnold Strongman Classic for a third consecutive year, with Mateusz Kieliszkowski finishing a close second and Martins Licis taking third. The competition featured six events across two days, with unique implements provided by Rogue Fitness, including the monstrous "Wheel of Pain," a Husafell Stone replica, and the centerpiece of the final event, the iconic Cyr Dumbbell. The fact they could put Kieliszkowski's entire timber carry unedited into a highlights reel just shows how damn fast that was

Crazy how Mateusz won 4 out 6 events, broke 2 World records, and still lost

Thank god Mateusz didn't Injure himself when his strap tore up, I was worried he was gonna tear a bicep or something

Misha really deserved better. Sucked to see him injure his ankle. Such a good dude and an inspiration for competing despite the injury.

Mateusz has improved so much I just think Eddie Hall or Hafthor should collab with him on some deadlift tips for training

There are definitely things that could be done better/changed about the classic, but all things considered great job Rogue with the event. You guys are the gold standard when it comes to covering these things.

22k USD that Pole won for 2nd place is laughable at best!! Its by a mile more demanding comp throughout the season and they pay peanuts. (BTW 1st place this year was 72k USD, so more than 3x for placing second)

As much as we appreciate the top cats like Thor, Eddie and Brian you gotta love Jerry Pritchet that guy's motor is unbelievable, such an underrated performer, he's one of the best deadlifters. Hats off to all these guys.
